ATX City Walking Tours was established in 2023 by a local tour guide and is working on becoming more established as a favorite walking tour company of Austin, Tx with visitors and locals.
The easiest way to get to ATX City Walking Tours meet up spot is by public transportation or if in a nearby Airbnb/Hotel, then walking to our meet up spot. Alternatively, you can take a rideshare or drive your own car and park in a nearby parking garage, lot or street meter parking.
ATX City Walking Tours is a tour company that offers a local guide to walk you to each destination included in the itinerary. Each guide provides a brief history of each location we stop at.
Tour time varies per tour. Most of our tours are 1.5 to 3.5 hours depending on the tour booked.
ATX City Tours have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Tours cancelled prior to the 24-hour deadline will be entitled to a full refund. No refund will be given less than 24 hour notice.
The following are suggested:
- Camera or smartphone
- Bottled Water (water stations at most locations we stop at)
- Comfortable attire and shoes appropriate for the day's weather
- Sunscreen
-Umbrella for shade or rain
-Hand held fan or neck fan
Yes, ATX City Tours requires a reservation to take the tour.
